Meeting the Vietnamese Employees at the End of 2019

On 3rd January 2020, the Service Centre for Da Nang Foreign Affairs (SCEDFA) held the annual year-end meeting for the Vietnamese employees working at foreign individuals and organizations in the Central Vietnam. Attending the meeting were leaders of Da Nang Department of Foreign Affairs, representatives of central agencies in Da Nang City, provincial Foreign Affairs Departments in the Central Vietnam, other departments and agencies of Da Nang City, and about 300 Vietnamese employees working for the foreign individuals and organizations managed by SCEDFA.

At the meeting, Mr. Tran Hieu, Vice Director of SCEDFA, presented his report on implementing Decree No. 75/2014/NĐ-CP dated 28th July 2014 by the Government in the Central Vietnam. After that, Ms. Tra Thi My Dung, Vice Director of SCEDFA and President of the SCEDFA Trade Union, summarized the Trade Union’s activities in the previous year including various activities which helped connecting the Union members, taking care of every member's life and attracting a lot of new members.

The representative from Da Nang Department of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Nguyen Thuy Anh, Vice Director of the Department, delivered her speech and expressed her appreciation for the SCEDFA’s efforts in holding different activities to improve the efficiency to support the Vietnamese employees working for the foreign individuals and organization in 2019.

                    The year-end meeting was also an opportunity for SCEDFA to acknowledge and commend all the contributions, and awarded certificates of merit to the organizations and the Vietnamese employees who effectively implemented Decree No. 75/2014/NĐ-CP dated 28th July 2014 by the Government and actively participated in the Trade Union’s movement in 2019.
