This online signing ceremony was very important because the two parties tried their best to work, discuss, and agree to sign the MOU in the complicated situation of the COVID-19 pandemic. The MOU is the basis to carry out cooperative activities as soon as COVID-19 is under control in Viet Nam and Korea as well as in Da Nang and Daegu.
